About the role

  • Manage day-to-day activities of the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of EDI/B2B solutions.
  • Lead a team in managing EDI strategy and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful deployment and utilization of EDI/B2B tools and platforms.
  • Manage a team responsible for system support, maintenance, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with customer service, sales, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
  • Oversee the testing, configuration architecture, and deployment of new system functionalities.
  • Analyze system performance and supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing system workflows.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members and end-users.
  • Maintain and update system documentation.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 6-8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 1-3 years of management experience.
  • SAP OTC & EDI/B2B experience preferred.
  • Familiar with EDI Connectivity methods: FTP, AS2, VANs
  • Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12) Preferred
  • Experience with a combination of the following EDI messaging a plus: 850, 855, 860, 865, 856, 870, 810, 997, 858, 824, 753, 754, 940, 944, 943, 945, 997, 204, 997, 990 and 214
