About the role

  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and providing guidance
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Maintain understanding of organization departments to build positive relationships
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and interpreting applicable HR federal, state, and company requirements, laws, and regulations
  • Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance related matters
  • Facilitate administration of the company’s diverse compensation programs
  • Keep HR management informed and seek direction on complex issues
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends
  • Provide feedback to management based on exit interview findings
  • Implement small-scale HR projects, events, and programs
  • Analyze trends and provide summary reports to management
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to employees and managers
  • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices
  • Provide counsel on company policies and workplace issues
  • Advise managers on employment law interpretation
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
  • HR certification preferred.
