About the role
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and providing guidance
- Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive workplace culture
- Maintain understanding of organization departments to build positive relationships
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and interpreting applicable HR federal, state, and company requirements, laws, and regulations
- Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance related matters
- Facilitate administration of the company’s diverse compensation programs
- Keep HR management informed and seek direction on complex issues
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends
- Provide feedback to management based on exit interview findings
- Implement small-scale HR projects, events, and programs
- Analyze trends and provide summary reports to management
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to employees and managers
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices
- Provide counsel on company policies and workplace issues
- Advise managers on employment law interpretation
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and/or experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
- HR certification preferred.
