About the role
- Implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to define sales goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Evaluate and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and streamlining of sales operations processes.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver regular sales performance reports and dashboards to Sales leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate sales training programs and initiatives to ensure Sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
- Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
- Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
- Frequently interact with functional peer groups, other company divisions, or customers of the company.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 8-10 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 3-5 years of management experience.
