About the role
- Managing store operations and personnel
- Achieving revenue, budget and other business objectives
- Developing business relationships with key customers
- Providing leadership and direction in the pursuit of store objectives
- Communicating and working closely with customers to maximize market penetration
- Analyzing sales reports and controlling expenditures
- Managing store metrics and ensuring compliance with HR policies
Requirements
- HS diploma and 5+ years relevant sales experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1+ years of relevant sales experience
- Minimum 2 years previous management experience
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks
