About the role
- Lead talent pipeline recruiting projects.
- Partner with Business Leaders, HR Leaders, and the Sr Director of Talent Management to identify recruiting needs.
- Work with HR leadership on recruiting efforts and the overall talent pipeline.
- Train hiring managers, recruiters, and HR staff in talent pipeline relations fundamentals.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders, as well as planning and coordinating events.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies, tools, and processes to enhance candidate experience, increase efficiency, and improve the quality of hires.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to define program goals, objectives, and success metrics, and establish performance benchmarks to measure program effectiveness.
- Oversee end-to-end project management of talent acquisition programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners, hiring managers, and external vendors, to ensure successful program implementation.
- Evaluate and streamline recruitment processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation, leveraging technology and data analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to recruitment teams on best practices, tools, and techniques for sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
- Track trends, technologies, and changes impacting talent pipeline recruitment.
- Research, develop, implement, and measure innovative talent attraction and employer branding strategies.
- Evaluate employee survey data, job market conditions, industry trends, and competitor data, and adjust strategies in accordance.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 6-8 years of job-related experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
