• Own the North America marketing strategy aligned to revenue and pipeline goals
• Co-own the NA pipeline number with the regional Sales leader
• Build MoEngage's brand and category presence in North America
• Lead an integrated demand engine across paid, content, SEO/AEO/GEO, ABM, partner co-marketing, and outbound enablement
• Own the NA field and events portfolio
• Drive customer advocacy in the region
• Partner with global Product Marketing to localize positioning
• Build, develop, scale & shape the NA marketing team
• Own the regional marketing budget
