About the role
- Manage a growing national network of third-party contractors who perform in-home smart water device installations ensuring they meet performance, quality, and customer service standards
- Ensure seamless and consistent installation operations with strong standards for speed, quality, and homeowner experience
- Expand and onboard new installation partners to improve geographic coverage, reduce costs, and elevate quality
- Create and maintain standardized procedures, training, and communications for plumbers and contractors to support efficient operations
- Guide and manage continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving installation success rates and reducing time-to-install
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison to resolve installer or customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer experience teams to position installation as a key differentiator in the marketplace
- Manage a team of two associates to support installation operations and growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent construction or plumbing experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or construction with management experience
- 2+ years of direct experience managing networks of third-party contractors performing in-home services (e.g., installation, warranty repair, or home maintenance)
- Strong cross-functional communication skills across multiple levels, from executive to field technician
- Deep understanding of construction or plumbing installation project workflows
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
