About the role
- Own the technical pre‑sale and post‑sale journey: scoping enterprise requirements, architecting configurations and integrations, delivering proof‑of‑concepts
- Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and pre‑sales for enterprise grooming, boarding, daycare, and franchise customers
- Deliver consultative demos and technical walkthroughs tailored to executive and operational stakeholders
- Design customized, scalable solutions aligning MoeGo’s platform capabilities (APIs, integrations, workflows, security protocols) with customer requirements
- Create technical documentation, integration guides, and playbooks to streamline enterprise onboarding and support
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate enterprise needs, recommend enhancements, and influence the roadmap
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in solution/sales engineering or technical consulting for SaaS
- Comfort designing complex data flows, mapping integrations, and resolving technical challenges under tight timelines
- Expert at running discovery workshops, presenting to executives, and authoring clear runbooks and architecture docs
- Proven track record of partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to deliver cohesive solutions
- Background in pet care operations or adjacent hospitality, with an ability to 'speak operator'.
