About the role

  • Review and coordinate vehicle repair estimates with partner service providers
  • Communicate with service providers to ensure timely and high-quality repairs
  • Create, manage, and track repair cases in the internal system.
  • Analyze supplier pricing and recommend cost-effective solutions
  • Support the Fleet team in coordinating vehicle repairs related to sales processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Help manage the car fleet and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • The position covers the Lithuanian market, with opportunities to expand into Latvia and Estonia

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of vehicle repair processes (bodywork experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail (especially when reviewing estimates)
  • Background in a car service center, service reception, insurance claims, fleet, or similar automotive environment
  • Experience with repair estimates; knowledge of **Audatex** is a plus (training can be provided).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Fluent Lithuanian and good English knowledge
