About the role
- Answering clients’ queries by phone/email about car technical questions
- Organizing vehicle repair and maintenance works with partners
- Scheduling clients' performance of vehicle technical services and technical inspections
- Communicating with partners, repair shops, and dealers
- Developing methods to decrease costs and improve efficiency
- Selecting repair services, controlling the repair progress, and evaluating performed works
- Initiating and leading negotiations with suppliers
Requirements
- Have deeper knowledge of car industry, parts and breakdowns
- Hold a Category B driver's license
- Be able to organize and plan your working time independently
- Be capable to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
- Posses good computer (Excel) skills
- Have good communication skills
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Prior relevant work experience is a big advantage
