- Experience with technical support
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with web-based research
- Experience working with company escalation policy
- A dedicated laptop or desktop with Windows 11 or newer
- Minimum of 10 GB RAM
- Available disk space of 30GB+
- Dedicated AMD or NVIDIA graphics card
- Dual monitor setup
