Chief Marketing Officer

• Create and own a multi-channel marketing strategy and marketing plan to acquire new advisors, including across multiple marketing disciplines
• Own the marketing KPIs and ensure we are deploying the marketing budget toward where we are the most effective
• Work closely with cross-functional leaders in Growth, Design, Business Operations, Product, and Finance
• Hone messaging and value proposition to resonate with target segments
• Develop content that resonates with advisors and their clients on our value proposition and strategies that advance their financial practice
• Work in a hybrid setting, spending 3 days per week in our New York City office
