About the role

  • Own and lead a portfolio of strategic health partnership programs
  • Drive structure from ambiguity by clarifying goals and aligning stakeholders
  • Manage the full program lifecycle on a day-to-day basis
  • Act as the central point of coordination for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Serve as the leadership team’s subject matter expert on your programs
  • Continuously assess launch and operational risk factors
  • Identify and initiate continuous process improvements
  • Hold teams to a “finish the job” mindset

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management or operations
  • A proven driver of alignment and execution
  • Experienced owning large, strategic initiatives end-to-end
  • Calm, resilient, and solutions-oriented under pressure
  • Exceptionally strong program management fundamentals
  • Fluent in modern product & technology operating models
  • High EQ and executive presence
  • A clear and compelling communicator
  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving instincts
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and biased toward action
