About the role

  • Identify and pursue new construction opportunities
  • Prospect, network, and build a strong, qualified pipeline
  • Develop and maintain relationships with multi-site and national accounts
  • Create and execute sales strategies for regional and multi-location clients
  • Partner with operations and account management to ensure smooth onboarding and retention
  • Collaborate across departments to develop tailored, profitable proposals
  • Lead social media strategy and digital content development
  • Manage company presence at trade shows and industry events
  • Oversee updates to marketing materials and digital assets
  • Maintain accurate CRM data for prospects, clients, and pipeline
  • Optimize CRM workflows, reporting, and integrations
  • Utilize platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Leverage service tracking tools like Procore, ServiceTrade, FMX, or UpKeep
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Identify growth markets and build strategic partnerships
  • Tailor strategies for verticals such as retail, healthcare, logistics, and education
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, KPI tracking, and performance reporting

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience in construction
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and meet revenue targets
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Highly motivated, strategic, and collaborative
  • Physical Requirements: This role operates in a climate-controlled office environment using standard office equipment. Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required.
