About the role

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic district and school partnerships
  • Drive measurable student impact through the Modern Classrooms Project (MCP) model
  • Ensure successful adoption, high-quality implementation, and long-term sustainability of MCP’s work
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for school, district, state, and philanthropic partners
  • Guide partners through implementation of the MCP model and support renewal and expansion
  • Communicate impact and value to senior district leaders through data and storytelling
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to design and execute partner-specific implementation and support plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Teaching, Public Education, Math Educator experience preferred
  • Strong math instructional expertise
  • Proven success owning, renewing, and growing K–12 partnerships
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in building trusted, executive-level relationships
  • Comfort with change, iteration, and evolving systems
  • Confidence with Core Technology Tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Google Workspace, and screencasting platforms
