Director

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic district and school partnerships
• Drive measurable student impact through the Modern Classrooms Project (MCP) model
• Ensure successful adoption, high-quality implementation, and long-term sustainability of MCP’s work
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for school, district, state, and philanthropic partners
• Guide partners through implementation of the MCP model and support renewal and expansion
• Communicate impact and value to senior district leaders through data and storytelling
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to design and execute partner-specific implementation and support plans

Director of Curriculum Solutions, Math Product Focus

• Manage a team of three to five direct-reports initially then manage additional managers as our team grows; lead weekly 1:1s and complete yearly performance reviews; shadow/spot-check work; monitor dashboards and goal progress; provide timely recognition and redirection.
• Build team capacity for training and mentoring through observation and coaching; foster an inclusive, feedback-rich culture grounded in actionable feedback; run calibration and reflection cycles.
• Design and deliver best-in-class PD; build protocols for facilitation.
• Lead high-fidelity classroom walkthroughs; co-walk with school leaders and staff.
• Track goals and report regularly.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned.
• Travel up to 60% of the time to support educators and partners
