About the role
- Driving business growth by building and nurturing client relationships
- Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities
- Serve as the executive relationship manager for existing client accounts
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure exceptional value is delivered
- Establish strategic partnerships and identify organic growth opportunities
- Collaborate on lead generation and sales strategies as part of the leadership team
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a client-facing, revenue-generating role within a digital agency, consultancy, or related professional services firm.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas by selling complex, multi-faceted digital services.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
- Strong consultative skills and ability to grasp complex business problems.
- Foundational understanding of digital strategy, user experience design, and modern software development.
- Ability and willingness for significant travel as required.
