About the role
- Assist in executing logistics programs by defining transportation equipment needs, delivery deadlines, and service quality related to cargo movement and transportation.
- Support optimization of receiving, distribution and delivery processes.
- Assist in identifying issues and proposing operational solutions through discussion with the Coordinator and factories, ensuring these operations are executed under established conditions and meeting operational demands from customers and service providers.
- Support existing processes that govern daily operations and identify potential improvements.
- Support planning and control of transportation and warehousing operational strategies, aiming to optimize space and resources and increase productivity through logistics operation analysis.
- Monitor internal material movement, ensuring the necessary availability to perform area procedures and accelerate delivery of requested products.
- Monitor and help improve operational performance, focusing on performance enhancement, cost reduction, service efficiency and service level improvements.
- Manage unsuccessful delivery handling and recalculate addresses so technicians can complete the service order (SO).
- Collaborate in analyzing incidents in logistics operations, reviewing events and history to identify causes and implement preventive measures.
- Enter service orders (SO) into SAP for service providers to perform the work.
- Coordinate with Getnet and enter the relevant information into the system.
- Participate in the annual inventory process for stocked products by planning stages, allocating resources and controlling activities to ensure correct identification, classification verification and counting of products, and recording in accounting statements.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Recommended bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production/Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year proven experience in logistics routines
- Knowledge:
- - Basic to intermediate Excel
- - Logistics routines involving ground transportation
- - Basic knowledge of route-planning/routing software
- - Systems/Software: automated process systems; CRM solutions for customer relationship management and improving efficiency of sales, marketing and service operations; online payment management platforms; platforms for creating, publishing, integrating and managing chatbots
