Operations Leadership and Strategy: Define and execute the Operations and Digital Infrastructure strategy aligned with the group's business objectives.
Infrastructure Management (Cloud/On-Premise): Manage and optimize digital infrastructure with a focus on Cloud Computing environments (AWS, Azure or GCP), ensuring scalability, resilience and cost-efficiency.
Availability and Performance (SRE/DevOps): Implement SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and DevOps practices, proactively monitoring the performance and availability of critical systems.
IT Governance: Establish and enforce policies and standards for change management (deployments), environment configuration and governance of transactional information and data.
Information Security: Ensure the security of digital platforms and customer data, in coordination with security and compliance teams.
Incident and Crisis Management: Lead the response to high-severity incidents, defining recovery plans and post-incident communication.
Cost Optimization: Track and control infrastructure and digital service costs, continuously seeking optimizations and cost-efficiency.
Team and Vendor Management: Lead and develop the Operations and Infrastructure team, and manage relationships and performance of key technology vendors.
Requirements
Proven experience in leadership roles in Operations and Digital Infrastructure, preferably at companies with high transactional volume or e-commerce.
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Cloud Computing architectures (AWS, Azure or GCP).
Strong command of DevOps and SRE practices, including CI/CD automation, advanced monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or similar) and log management.
Experience with microservices architecture and highly available distributed systems.
Ability to manage high-performance teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with security and data protection regulations, and IT Governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).

Experience with e-commerce, transportation or travel sectors.
Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, etc.) or certifications in practices (ITIL, SRE).
