Technical Project Manager

• Lead project assignments with little oversight
• Plan and execute IT projects for multiple clients including infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, and automation engagements.
• Coordinate and manage the entire project, including scope, following up on project activities, schedule, resources, and quality by working in a matrix-based organization with the engineering and product delivery teams
• Manage the relationship with clients, and manage communications between the clients and the internal teams.
• Manage project KPIs including scope, effort, schedule, cost, and quality
• Conduct post-project lessons learned meetings and ensure identified improvements are incorporated in our tools and processes
• Maintain and report on Risk, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID Log) for projects
• Provide regular status updates (project dashboard and status reports) and lead project reviews
• Collaborate with fellow project managers on project staffing and task allocation, standardization, and process improvements
• Provide feedback to technical team leads on the performance of the project team.

IT Project Manager

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a global mobility transformation program.
• Drive standardization of mobile device management, provisioning, and lifecycle processes across regions.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and governance forums to enable timely decision-making and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Partner with technical and platform teams to support workflow automation and service enablement.
• Lead change management and communications, ensuring global adoption and minimal disruption.
• Establish governance, reporting, and data quality practices to track progress and outcomes.

Security Engineer

• Must have deployed and configured security solutions in Azure, including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Conditional Access policies
• Must Have Implemented and managed Microsoft 365 security features such as Defender for Microsoft 365, Defender for Identity, and Defender for Endpoint, XDR
• Must have configured and operationalized Microsoft Sentinel, including rule creation, incident response playbooks, and security automation
• Must have performed security monitoring, log analysis, and incident response across Azure and M365 platforms
• Collaborate with architects and senior security leaders to execute customer-facing engagements and deliver high-quality technical outcomes
• Document security designs, configurations, and remediation actions for both internal and external stakeholders
