About the role
- Directly engage with customers to understand needs, analyze requirements, and tailor solutions
- Define system architecture and derive comprehensive system and software requirements
- Develop consolidated timelines for multiple projects and prioritize product features
- Work closely with software architects, developers and project managers to drive product success
- Ensure adherence to ASPICE standards for system requirements, architecture, and software requirements
- Drive cutting-edge features from concept to commercialization
- Collaborate across teams and engage with senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in technical product management, system engineering, or solution architecture
- Familiarity with systems engineering and requirement management processes and methodologies
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer-facing experience and deep understanding of customer needs
- Accountability, independence, and ability to deliver under pressure
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience with software-hardware environments, multidisciplinary teams, Linux, embedded systems, and algorithmic development - advantage
- Background in the automotive industry - advantage
