About the role
- Translate requirements into product specifications collaborating with Product Marketing, Project Management, and R&D
- Apply system-level thinking to evaluate tradeoffs across features, schedules, cost, complexity, risk, and usability
- Conduct feasibility studies and propose solutions including modeling and implementation
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Electrical, Firmware, Software, Mechanical) to support product development and system integration
- Contribute to product and system architecture definition with market awareness
- Develop broad product knowledge while specializing in designated technical areas
- Investigate and troubleshoot field and development issues through experimentation and root-cause analysis
- Document work and share knowledge to support team learning and onboarding
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Professional Certification (such as INCOSE) demonstrating Systems Engineering skills (nice to have)
- Strong hands-on technical ability in at least two or more of: Analog circuits, digital circuits, FPGA platforms, embedded systems, DSP, RF, Control System, ASICs
- 2+ years of academic or healthcare industry work experience is a plus
- English language proficiency
- IT Skills: Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Engineering Software (MATLAB, Python etc.)
- Minimum internet speed: 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload
