• Help organizations accelerate AI adoption by educating and inspiring users to confidently integrate AI into their daily work
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and customer stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes through AI enablement
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality AI training content tailored to business users across varying roles and levels of technical proficiency
• Deliver AI training sessions both virtually and in person, including workshops, one-to-many sessions, and small-group or 1:1 enablement
• Act as a confident, engaging public speaker, capable of presenting AI concepts clearly to diverse audiences including executives, managers, and frontline employees
• Customize training materials and delivery approaches based on customer industry, role, maturity, and AI adoption goals
• Facilitate hands-on sessions, labs, and demonstrations to help users apply AI tools effectively in real-world business scenarios
• Partner with delivery, consulting, and account teams to align training content with broader AI adoption and change initiatives
• Gather feedback from training sessions and continuously improve content, structure, and delivery techniques
• Support in-person training engagements, including travel to customer sites, conferences, or workshops as required
• Stay current on AI capabilities, use cases, risks, and best practices relevant to business audiences
• Represent the organization professionally when delivering customer-facing training and enablement experiences
