About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help organizations accelerate AI adoption by educating and inspiring users to confidently integrate AI into their daily work
- Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and customer stakeholders to drive successful business outcomes through AI enablement
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality AI training content tailored to business users across varying roles and levels of technical proficiency
- Deliver AI training sessions both virtually and in person, including workshops, one-to-many sessions, and small-group or 1:1 enablement
- Act as a confident, engaging public speaker, capable of presenting AI concepts clearly to diverse audiences including executives, managers, and frontline employees
- Customize training materials and delivery approaches based on customer industry, role, maturity, and AI adoption goals
- Facilitate hands-on sessions, labs, and demonstrations to help users apply AI tools effectively in real-world business scenarios
- Partner with delivery, consulting, and account teams to align training content with broader AI adoption and change initiatives
- Gather feedback from training sessions and continuously improve content, structure, and delivery techniques
- Support in-person training engagements, including travel to customer sites, conferences, or workshops as required
- Stay current on AI capabilities, use cases, risks, and best practices relevant to business audiences
- Represent the organization professionally when delivering customer-facing training and enablement experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Education, Information Systems, or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in AI, emerging technology, consulting, or digital transformation
- Experience delivering presentations, workshops, training, coaching, teaching, customer enablement, or other audience-facing activities through professional, academic, volunteer, or internship experiences
- Experience creating presentations, training materials, business communications, educational content, or project deliverables
- Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills with the ability to confidently lead live training sessions
- Experience delivering training both virtually and in person
- Comfort traveling for work and delivering on-site training as part of customer engagements
- Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences for non-technical audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, adapt, and respond to live audiences
- High level of organization and self-management in a dynamic, delivery-focused environment
- Proficiency with presentation and collaboration tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom-style platforms)
