About the role

  • As a member of our office team, you will work closely with internal departments such as Sales and Executive Management
  • In this role you will combine responsibilities from accounting, HR and general administration and actively contribute to process improvements
  • Processing incoming and outgoing invoices and bank transactions
  • Preparing payments and handling expense claims
  • Reconciling payments with outstanding items
  • Administration & Payroll: contracts, personnel files, vacation and salary records
  • Recruiting & Onboarding: job postings, applicant management, and onboarding new employees
  • Act as a point of contact for staff on organizational matters
  • Compliance: maintaining policies and ensuring adherence to legal requirements and reporting
  • Mail, email and office organization, including procurement
  • Actively participate in structuring and optimizing processes

Requirements

  • You are a team player but also work independently and show initiative
  • Technically proficient (experience with Odoo & Google Workspace is an advantage)
  • Enjoy a varied range of tasks
  • Structured, accurate and strong in communication
  • Confident command of German and English; Dutch is a plus
  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Ideally experience in accounting, HR and administration within a scale-up environment
