About the role
- As a member of our office team, you will work closely with internal departments such as Sales and Executive Management
- In this role you will combine responsibilities from accounting, HR and general administration and actively contribute to process improvements
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices and bank transactions
- Preparing payments and handling expense claims
- Reconciling payments with outstanding items
- Administration & Payroll: contracts, personnel files, vacation and salary records
- Recruiting & Onboarding: job postings, applicant management, and onboarding new employees
- Act as a point of contact for staff on organizational matters
- Compliance: maintaining policies and ensuring adherence to legal requirements and reporting
- Mail, email and office organization, including procurement
- Actively participate in structuring and optimizing processes
Requirements
- You are a team player but also work independently and show initiative
- Technically proficient (experience with Odoo & Google Workspace is an advantage)
- Enjoy a varied range of tasks
- Structured, accurate and strong in communication
- Confident command of German and English; Dutch is a plus
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Ideally experience in accounting, HR and administration within a scale-up environment
