Serve as the senior accounting authority for the company, ensuring financial accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Own and lead the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability as MO grows.
Establish scalable financial processes and internal controls to support MO’s growth from a mid-size GovCon to a larger enterprise.
Monitor indirect cost growth drivers and provide leadership with actionable recommendations to maintain healthy financial performance.
Partner with executive leadership to develop and manage a plan to achieve and sustain target wrap rates, balancing growth investment with financial discipline.
Build and maintain financial dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into revenue performance, utilization, indirect cost trends, wrap rates, and profitability.

Requirements

Proven experience serving as a Controller or Senior Accounting Leader for a federal government contractor is required.
Deep expertise in GovCon compliance including FAR, CAS, DCAA audit readiness, indirect rate structures, and cost accounting standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
10+ years of progressive accounting experience within government contracting environments.
Hands-on experience operating Unanet ERP in a government contracting environment is strongly required.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
