About the role
- Make 80–100 outbound sales calls per day to prospective members
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound SMS and email inquiries
- Educate leads as well as existing clients on membership options and our community
- Build rapport and trust quickly over the phone
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including membership sales goals
- Accurately track conversations and outcomes
- Build a pipeline
- Identify areas for improved efficiencies and clarity in the process
- Send daily end-of-shift updates on progress and conversations
- Stay organized, on-task, and proactive during remote working hours
- Be resourceful in finding answers independently while knowing when to escalate questions
Requirements
- An understanding of the fitness landscape is preferred, in particular, familiarity with Pilates
- Proven sales experience (phone sales strongly preferred)
- Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting targets
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively while working remotely
- Resourceful problem-solver who doesn’t need constant direction
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
