- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

- Contribute ideas to improve hiring strategies and processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment - **at least 3 years **(agency or in-house)
- Confidence in sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles (junior positions included)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
- A natural ability to spot talent and match people with the right opportunities
- **Proficiency in English** (and Bulgarian or Russian/ Ukrainian)
