Program Manager

• Serve in a Program Analyst / Project Officer role.
• Assist the Government Team Lead to manage project goals and plans for successful project execution.
• Monitor performance of strategies to ensure program cost, schedule, and performance objectives are priority of effort.
• Assist the Government Team Lead to manage project efforts to anticipate and fulfill customer needs and alignment to approved requirements.
• Maintain effective lines of communication and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize sharing of critical project information.
• Develop, review, and manage program plans, integrated master schedules, project briefs, and other necessary documentation necessary to meet project milestones and goals.
• Assist the Government Team Lead in communicating project results and status to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Communicate program priorities, planning, and execution, using oral and written means, to internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist the Government Team Lead to ensure a cooperative environment by coordinating efforts with internal and external organizations.
• Assist the Government Team Lead in organizing and overseeing a diverse, cross-disciplinary team of government civilians and contractor personnel to execute project goals and objectives effectively, ensuring the successful accomplishment of all project requirements.
• Assist the Government Team Lead to create an environment of teamwork, trust and cooperation.

Senior Program Analyst

Systems Engineer

• Report directly to the Lead Engineer for the Explosive Hazards Defeat Team
• Integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices
• Manage the development cycle associated with producing resilient software, hardware and web application
• Ensure Lead Engineer level tasks are tracked, executed, and reported
• Provide technical engineering support to the Engineering competency’s development of documentation
• Deliver all support necessary to conduct functions in accordance with guidance provided
• Update Technical Review Data Package artifacts in support of SETR events
• Provide Systems Engineering and Test & Evaluation knowledge, technical guidance, and data input for program's IMS development
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define, develop, and maintain the strategy, plans, and schedule

• Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
• Define the nature and extent of problems.
• Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule or expenditures.
• Develop solutions to problems.
• In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.

Program Analyst

Analyst

• Leads and directs integrated logistics support (ILS) activities designed to provide effective and efficient life cycle support of systems and equipment.
• Recommends ILS element planning and progress to ensure compliance with program requirements, specifications, and standards.
• Analyzes models and optimized distribution networks using advanced logistics software for location of sites, allocation of resources, inventory placement and size, selection of transportation mode, freight consolidation, closed loop tours, continuous moves, shipment to customers, etc.
• Determines proper logistics support sequences and time phasing, problems arising from location of operation area and other factors such as environmental and human factors.
• Will report directly to the Lead Logistics Management Specialist (LMS) for Fuel and Water Team to support the following tasks: Ensure team level tasks are tracked, executed, and reported.
• Work closely with program and contractor staff in various competencies including logistics, engineering, development, and integration.
• Assists in the design of systems (and their associated subsystems) for supportability and integrates the twelve product support elements.
• Assists in the development of supportability and design requirements documentation by participating in the analysis of alternatives and requirements development processes.
• Analyzes and evaluates the supportability aspects, to include conducting Business Case Analysis (BCAs), of each proposed design alternative and implements the necessary actions to change the design to improve supportability.
• Assists in developing the support risk mitigation strategy for incorporation into program Risk Mitigation Plan.
• Assist in developing the product support budget profile, incorporating funding to manage supportability risks.
• Assists the LMS to identify and meet support requirements, partnering with the operational forces, supporting establishment, and external organizations when developing product support requirements, fielding plans and information, and support mechanisms.
• Assists in preparing the product support funding requirements for Program Objective Memorandum submission including logistics-related funding appropriations.
• Assists in developing alternate support strategies consistent with levels of funding available.
• Conducts timely analysis of product support design parameters e.g., Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Durability; Mean Time Between Operational Mission Failure (MTBOMF), Operational Availability (Ao), Mean Time to Repair (MTIR), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), etc.
• Develops Disposal Plans in conjunction with the operating forces and external organizations.
• Performs data and trend analyses to identify, predict, and resolve readiness issues.
• Prepares and recommends changes to the maintenance plan over equipment life cycle.
• Monitor emerging government / industry best practices and analyzes possible application to programs systems.
• Gather information from various data sources (information systems and key personnel) to synthesize coherent responses to task for review and submission.
• Monitor, maintain, and prepare input in support of the Product Manager (PdM) Risk Review, PdM Status Meetings, and other recurring meetings.
