About the role
- Support IT service desk operations for a federal DHS contract
- Assist with staffing and resource management to ensure optimal service desk performance
- Support quality assurance and performance management initiatives
- Contribute to knowledge management and service catalog development and maintenance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual and operational expectations
- Maintain compliance with federal security and operational standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in IT service desk supervisory roles
- Strong managerial, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused, responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience with DHS and/or Customs and Border Protection (CBP) highly desirable
- Must be able to pass a T4 (Public Trust) investigation
- Candidates who have already passed a T4 or T5 investigation are strongly preferred
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Education: preferred Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (not explicitly required)
- Preferred certifications: ITIL, PMP, CompTIA
