💰 $90,000 - $125,000 per year
About the role
- Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems.
- Manage installation and repair of Liquid and Dry Ozone, FTIR, and RGA products for key accounts in the US.
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment.
- Check and approve operational quality of system equipment.
- Serve as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of related Semiconductor experience or similar
- Bachelor's degree and/or applicable certification is preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experienced with standard Microsoft Office programs
- Strong analytic, business and interpersonal skills
