💰 $90,000 - $125,000 per year

About the role

  • Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems
  • Checking out and approving operational quality of system equipment
  • Serving as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
  • Responsible for operational quality of system equipment

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree, or equivalent; with minimum of 5 years of related Semiconductor experience or similar; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree and/or applicable certification is preferred
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experienced with standard Microsoft Office programs
  • Work with integrity, is ethical and is able to inspire the trust of others
  • Strong analytic, business and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, self-driven, positive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high tech environment
