About the role
- Active sales of our products within the assigned territory (region: Netherlands, Belgium, Northwest Germany)
- Managing and developing existing customer relationships as well as targeted new customer acquisition
- Conducting product demonstrations (beam profile analyzers and power meters) directly on customers' laser systems
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with OEM customers
- Acting as an interface to our CRM and ERP systems
- Participating in budget planning
- Responsible for achieving defined sales targets
Requirements
- Completed university degree (Master's or Diplom) in a scientific or technical field, ideally physics or engineering
- Relevant professional experience in sales of laser or measurement technology suitable for this role
- Very good English skills, spoken and written
- Strong sales competence and experience in customer relationship management
- Independent and structured working style and high self-motivation
- Ability for forward-looking planning and consistent execution
