About the role

  • Undergo professional training in B2B Customer Success & Business Development
  • Take ownership of your own portfolio of clients and provide responsible advisory support
  • Provide post-purchase customer care and manage relationships as key accounts
  • Support the Customer Service team with ongoing customer care
