About the role
- Undergo professional training in B2B Customer Success & Business Development
- Take ownership of your own portfolio of clients and provide responsible advisory support
- Provide post-purchase customer care and manage relationships as key accounts
- Support the Customer Service team with ongoing customer care
Requirements
- Open to an adventure in a young start-up
- Enjoys learning new things and thrives on challenges
- Strong communicator and a true team player
- Confident presence with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent German, both written and spoken
- Proactive work style and willingness to take on responsibility
