About the role

  • Prospect for and identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, cold calling, tradeshows, seminars, and trainings
  • Qualify leads and convert prospects into long-term customers
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations that clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas
  • Execute sales strategies to increase revenue per customer and overall market share
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers and decision-makers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, applications, pricing, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Experience in the swimming pool industry is beneficial; ability to learn quickly is required if no prior industry experience
  • Comfort selling technical or specialized products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads, accounts, and sales activity
