About the role

  • Develop and Execute Field Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regional partners, to design a field marketing strategy that fills the top-of-funnel pipeline and supports deal progression using tactics like online/offline events, ABM campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Create a Centralized Marketing Operations Hub: Build a centralized hub to house all field marketing materials and documentation, enhancing accessibility, collaboration, and accuracy.
  • Streamline Post-Event Follow-Up: Implement marketing automation workflows for personalized, engagement-based event follow-ups, allowing more efficient data entry and follow-up consistency.
  • Enhance Sales Visibility via Salesforce-Customer.io Integration: Work with RevOps to integrate customer.io with Salesforce, providing sales with visibility into customer and prospect email engagement to facilitate personalized, coordinated outreach.
  • Data-Driven Event Analysis: Establish a data framework to track and analyze event performance, linking attendance to opportunity creation and deal closures, with KPIs such as lead quality, closed deals, and average deal size.
  • Drive Brand Advocacy: Engage our happiest customers and advocates, ensuring their participation in field programs to amplify Mixpanel’s brand presence.
  • Quarterly Sales Support: Ensure field marketing operations are updated in advance for the quarterly business reviews of the sales teams.
  • Global Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the global field marketing organization by sharing learnings, best practices, and standard processes.

Requirements

  • 7 years in field marketing and/or operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge in on/offline events, partner marketing, customer retention programs, or ABM.
  • Ability to build close, trusting relationships with sales, marketing operations, revenue operations, design, and product teams.
  • Proven experience executing impactful field marketing programs targeted at executive and technical audiences.
  • Strong track record in enablement, operations, demand generation, and marketing automation, delivering measurable results.
  • A proactive attitude with a sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability.
  • Skilled in using data to measure and optimize activity performance and improve processes.
  • Keen attention to detail and adaptability to new learnings and insights.
