Junior Product & Strategy Manager

• Lead and resolve ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management across US and Canada, with supporting duties for the UK.
• Maintain and evolve employee handbooks and HR policies to ensure strict compliance with federal and state/provincial laws (predominantly in the US).
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters in the Chicago office and remote regions, ensuring a welcoming and professional "Mixam" introduction.
• Act as the super-user for our HRIS (Rippling), ensuring 100% data integrity, accurate record-keeping, and efficient self-service workflows.
• Support with and partner with finance and external providers to support bi-weekly payroll inputs and manage US benefits administration.
• Liaise with our Employer of Record (EOR) partners for international regions (Europe/Philippines) to ensure global alignment.
• Act as a "people person" in the Chicago office, fostering strong relationships with our Customer Service, Care, and Supply Chain teams to drive engagement.

• Providing assistance with their print orders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Handle day-to-day customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding pre-press and print processes, order status, and product details.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and providing additional support as needed.
• Address and resolve standard customer issues independently.
• Collaborate with other pod members to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Escalate more complex problems to Senior Customer Service Team Members or the Team Leader when necessary.
