About the role
- Support onboarding activities, including welcoming new employees and helping them settle in
- Assist with improvements and implementation of HR processes
- Help respond to general employee queries
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Help prepare and organize labor-related documentation
- Assist with benefits administration tasks
- Support main HR administrative tasks, including ensuring HRIS data accuracy
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous internship or academic exposure to HR is a plus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to take initiative and support the team where needed
- Availability to attend the office at least once a week, with flexibility to come in more often depending on business needs
