About the role
- Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including contracts with clients, suppliers, agents, and partners
- Manage and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements
- Prepare and submit forms and filings for various national and international authorities and institutions
- Support the legal and finance team in analyzing international treaties and regulatory developments
- Maintain and improve the contract lifecycle management system and legal archiving processes
- Actively contribute to streamlining and scaling legal workflows and processes to support business efficiency
Requirements
- Law degree
- Demonstrable relevant work experience, preferably in an in-house setting, with a strong foundation in contract law, data privacy, and international compliance
- Exceptional legal judgment and business acumen, with a creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, international team environment
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
