About the role
- Support proposal development activities for sales and marketing teams, including pricing, approvals, and proposal preparation.
- Assist with marketing initiatives such as market research, competitive analysis, forecasting, and process documentation.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports and coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Support preparation for presentations, customer meetings, shop tours, and internal reviews.
- Participate in process improvement efforts and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program with a focus on Engineering or Business.
- Available to work full-time from May through August for the summer internship period.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, electronic mail required.
- Familiarity with Power BI and CRM systems preferred.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet short deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
