About the role
- Work with existing key customers and markets, focusing on the Data Center Segment to strengthen relationships and promote strategy and portfolio expansion.
- Explore new solutions by listening to customer needs and market trends, collaborating with customers and industry partners to deliver complete solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering to develop technical solutions that meet customer needs and promote advanced offerings.
- Explore partnerships and long-term strategic relationships with parallel industries and key suppliers to present stronger system solutions.
- Design and implement new business models and integrated solutions utilizing MHIA DCEM and third-party offerings.
- Drive innovation in offerings to meet evolving customer requirements and market dynamics.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provide strategic leadership guidance and direction to ensure organizational goals are met and measurable results delivered.
- Establish clear objectives and performance expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of account executives, managers, and individual contributors.
- Own and close enterprise deals with leading data centers, developers, owners, operators, and technology companies in North America.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations roles within the Electrical and Power Industry, preferably in Data Centers.
- Experience engaging customers at all management, technical, and operational levels, building confidence to present company portfolio and solutions.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment across different regions.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
