About the role

  • Create software-based tools, metrics, reports, and presentations by using aircraft reliability data, business intelligence systems, and aircraft maintenance cost.
  • Build a theoretical model to characterize the reliability performance of the CRJ100/200/700/900/1000.
  • Build tools that allow for quick and efficient monitoring of the reliability performance of CRJ products.
  • Provide expertise in the investigation, evaluation, and interpretation of data and trends.
  • Work closely with internal and external business partners in improving decision strategies.
  • Update annual CRJ expendables DMC analysis by using operator data.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Statistics, Business, Engineering or relevant degree.
  • Effective project management skills
  • Know MS Office suite (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Nice to have: Python, MicroStrategy, Power BI, knowledge of databases and SQL language (SQL Server, Oracle)
  • Are an excellent communicator and self-starter.
  • Strong team player.
  • Detail oriented.
