About the role

  • The NGS Project Operations Associate is responsible for focusing on process support, data analysis, and coordination of warranty-related activities.
  • This role supports warranty execution and outage planning activities within the Power Generation organization.
  • The NGS Project Operations Associate will be working closely with Warranty Project Managers and the Warranty Outage Manager to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and execution of warranty claims.
  • The position also leads efforts, collaborates with leadership, and provides strategic oversight to ensure efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in relevant Mechanical, Industrial, or Engineering discipline or technical diploma from college or university.
  • Strong analytical skills related to engineering problem solving.
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint, with demonstrated ability to create, manage, and communicate information effectively.
  • Experience using Power BI for data visualization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis and must not require employer immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
