About the role

  • Lead the governance and implementation for Power Generation Services (PGS) wide learning initiatives
  • Ensure insights and lessons learned from projects, operations, and outages are systematically captured, analyzed, and translated into actionable improvements
  • Lead structured lessons-learned sessions for projects, incidents, and milestones
  • Collaborate with teams to capture lessons in real time
  • Maintain a centralized knowledge repository; create dashboards and reports to track trends, best practices, and risks
  • Define governance for accountability in implementing lessons
  • Present findings and trends to senior leadership
  • Support teams in applying lessons to new projects and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Knowledge Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, or organizational learning
  • Preferably experience in the Power Generation Industry
  • PMP Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Proven success designing and managing lessons learned or continuous improvement programs
  • Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional organization, including managing multiple priorities, tracking deadlines, and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared goals
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
