About the role
- lead plant operations over all shifts to meet customer demand by safely producing low cost and high quality products.
- drive and sustain continuous improvements.
- successfully lead and execute the annual business plan to achieve or exceed expectations by collaborating cross functionally with maintenance, engineering, human resources, accounting and quality assurance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years in operational management.
- Able to interpret technical and business documents, write professional reports, and present to diverse audiences including leadership and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in advanced math and statistical analysis for decision-making and process evaluation.
- Skilled in defining problems, analyzing data, and interpreting complex technical instructions.
- Experienced with databases, project management tools, spreadsheets, word processing, and technical diagrams.
