About the role
- Develop and implement a structured supply chain risk management (SCRM) framework aligned with enterprise risk management standards, defining governance, roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses, incorporating supplier networks, geopolitical factors, regulatory environments, threats, ESG risks, and logistics capacity.
- Develop and implement data analytics and monitoring tools, including simulation and supply chain control towers, for early identification and proactive management of potential disruptions.
- Oversee end-to-end supplier lifecycle management, including onboarding, qualification, performance tracking, and continuous development.
- Collaborate with Global Commodity Managers to maintain and update an inventory of critical suppliers, focusing on strategic relationships to ensure continuity and resilience.
- Monitor international trade developments, tariffs, and regulatory changes; develop strategies to manage and mitigate associated risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in third-party risk management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, risk management principles, and supplier management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and supplier management software.
- Ability to analyze and interpret supplier performance data and metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve supply chain issues promptly.
- Experience in managing and influencing challenging stakeholders and suppliers.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Greenbelt (SSGB) or Blackbelt (SSBB) recommended.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, talk, and hear; lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
