About the role
- Be the first point of contact for EmpowerMX users across our service centers
- Troubleshoot issues, document tickets, and provide Tier 1 support
- Train users on system processes, new features, and best practices
- Audit and maintain master data for accuracy and compliance
- Create simple tools and queries to help users extract and interpret data
- Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements and upgrades
- Identify data discrepancies, suggest process improvements, and help optimize workflows
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Aviation Management, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in SaaS or ERP support helpful
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data extraction
- Strong communication skills and ability to train non-technical users
- Commitment to data accuracy & attention to detail
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance or MRO processes
