About the role
- After Sales Engineer carries out various activities related to technical support for distributors and partners in territories in charge related to air conditioning, heat pumps, and refrigeration.
- Cooperate with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems (MTH) service/design section and with factory service section.
- Respond to technical inquiries by e-mail or phone without any delays.
- Investigate unit troubles/claims.
- Visit sites for commissioning/trouble shooting for customers/distributors.
- Submit reports for technical support for site visits.
- Create presentations for distributors/customers.
- Help to create new brochures/leaflets for the territories.
- Attend relevant seminars/meetings relating to heat pump industry associations.
Requirements
- An Engineering degree or equivalent relevant qualification gained through study or apprenticeship.
- Minimum of three years of technical experience in the air conditioning, heat pump, and/or refrigeration industry, preferably in roles involving manufacturers or distributors.
- Knowledge in refrigeration cycle; commercial refrigeration system; VRF system; heat pumps system; chiller system; building management system; EU regulations/ directives related to air conditioning / refrigeration.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Fluent English, both oral and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking.
- Knowledge of other European language(s) could be beneficial.
- Prioritizing skills.
- Understanding of customer requirements.
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
