Business Development Rep

• Work out of home office, with time in corporate office to be determined
• Develop relationships with construction equipment dealers, manufacturers, and end-users
• Achieve volume goals set by management
• Collaborate with the team to execute the Strategic Growth Plan for the region
• Establish strategic industry relationships
• New business development by prospecting, qualifying, and closing profitable business
• Grow existing vendor programs throughout territory
• Develop strong business relationships with senior management and day-to-day contacts
• Assist in developing new accounts
• Work transactions from deal submittal through funding
• Negotiate transactions, help gather documentation and credit information
• Assist in negotiation and deal structuring
• KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators): Develop new business accounts
• Act independently; Decision-making within Company policy
