About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work out of home office, with time in corporate office to be determined
Develop relationships with construction equipment dealers, manufacturers, and end-users
Achieve volume goals set by management
Collaborate with the team to execute the Strategic Growth Plan for the region
Establish strategic industry relationships
New business development by prospecting, qualifying, and closing profitable business
Grow existing vendor programs throughout territory
Develop strong business relationships with senior management and day-to-day contacts
Assist in developing new accounts
Work transactions from deal submittal through funding
Negotiate transactions, help gather documentation and credit information
Assist in negotiation and deal structuring
KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators): Develop new business accounts
Act independently; Decision-making within Company policy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree preferred
5-10 years of experience or training
Computer skills required: (T-Value; Salesforce; Microsoft Office)
Ability to conduct high level review financial statements
Ability to use T-Value and/or financial calculators to determine loan/lease pricing that includes subsidies and any applicable fees
Understands business implications of decisions
Displays orientation to profitability
Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition
Aligns work with strategic goals
Accepts responsibility for own actions
Follows through on commitments.
